The custom lathe cut vinyl records produced by Mixtape Vinyl on Demand, LLC are intended for personal use and limited distribution only. Due to the handcrafted nature of lathe cutting, slight variations in sound quality and appearance may occur. These records are not mass-produced, and therefore, may not meet the same audio standards as factory-pressed vinyl.

Audio Quality: While we take great care in crafting each record, lathe-cut records may have a lower fidelity compared to pressed vinyl, especially at higher or lower frequencies. Records are designed for use on standard home turntables; however, playback quality can vary based on equipment used.

Custom Orders: All custom vinyl orders are final once production begins. Please review your order details, including track listing, audio files, and artwork, carefully before confirming your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom vinyl due to the personalized nature of the product. If we are at fault we will replace your order at no charge and if your order arrives damaged we will work with you and the carrier to refund or replace the order. 

Copyright Responsibility: By submitting audio or artwork for custom vinyl production, you certify that you have the legal rights or appropriate permissions to use the submitted content. Mixtape Vinyl on Demand. LLC is not responsible for any copyright violations arising from customer-provided materials.

Turnaround Time: Production times for custom lathe cut vinyl can vary depending on order volume and complexity. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but delays may occur. We will notify customers of any significant changes to expected delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability: Mixtape Vinyl on Demand, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the production, delivery, or use of custom lathe cut vinyl.
